Fripp's specialist for on-the-water fun can outfit you with a kayak

and inlets. You can rent these watercraft by the hour, day or week.
If you bring a boat, the Fripp Island Marina offers launch services and sells
fishing licenses, bait and tackle.
Fripp's natural beauty and diverse wildlife are its greatest treasures, which
explains why so many of the islands recreation programs are nature-based.
For example, sea turtle walks, nature by bike, crabbing, interpretive tours
with our staff naturalist. Of course, you'll want to explore on your own,
too. Fripp has miles of scenic leisure paths for bicyclists, joggers, and
roller bladers.
Almost every transportation mode for recreation and
sightseeing, bicycles, kayaks, boats, and golf carts can be rented on the
island. You'll spot wildlife you'd never see from your car. You can book a
golf cart - complete with sun roof and windscreen - when you make your
Resort reservation.
From beach combing to crabbing these exciting natural outings are offered
throughout the summer and some weekends during the spring and fall.
Craft and Social Programs
Our arts and crafts programs include popular T-shirt tye dying and shell craft a
ctivities. Check with the Activities Center for the activities offered
during your stay. In 1999, join our staff naturalist and enjoy an evening
learning about the Lowcountry flora and fauna. Bring the family for a night
of wholesome fun. The Night with the Naturalist takes place at The Creek
House every Tuesday evening in the summer.
