Opened in the fall of 1992, Hilton Head Island's newest course is a traditional park-land Nicklaus design. The course winds through forests of pine and oak and along freshwater lowlands, enhancing the natural beauty of the environment. The tree-lined fairways are gently contoured and four sets of tees offer a variety of challenges from 4,974 to more than 7,000 yards. Though still in its infancy, the course has already drawn rave reviews for its aesthetic value and high degree of playability.
