Has anyone stayed at the Blue Moon House Rental in Cherry Grove
Section in Myrtle Beach, SC? We will be traveling there and I'd
like to know what it's like? We've stayed at several places that
look nice in the books, but have not been very nice.
Thanks

Information center on 1604 N Kings Hwy Just to let everyone know
we stopped at this info center that was next to wings, got some
brochures and nicely declined the mans offer to see a time
share. Walked next door to wings when I came back the man had
towed my car leaving me and my baby and husband stranded. When I
asked why he did this he told me I should have went and looked
at his time share and maybe my car
wouldn't have been towed. Just pre-warning everyone as I'm sure
I'm not the only
one he has done this too. If anyone has any idea on who I should
contact to
at least get this man out of business please let me know.

My husband and I are both 20 and we are looking for a hotel to
stay in for a weekend. We will both be 21 soon but we need a
getaway before that. I've stayed in the Atlantica and I know
they take customers under 21, but it was not very clean. I know
a lot of the hotels have made this rule because of the people
who have ruined it for the rest of us, but it does not quite
seem fair. Does anyone have any advice about any places to stay?

We are going to Myrtle Beach on 3/24/08 - 3/28/08 wondering what
kind of clothes to pack. We have 2 small kids and trying to be
prepared since this is our 1st time going to the East coast.
Weather.com mentioned showers on Monday & Wednesday. How heavy
is the shower in March? Thanks

I love myrtle beach, that's why me and my daughter went to do
some shopping. Carolina Winds was the place to stay. Don't stay
there if you don't have a man with you. Never stay there if you
are a woman alone.

Could you please tell me if there are ANY hotels/condos that

Hey thanks for taking the time to read this and hopefully you
can be of some help! My friends and I are graduating this year,
2008 and are all rapidly turning 18.We thought what could be
more fun then a nice road trip to Myrtle Beach this summer. So
we started looking for some beach houses preferably ocean front.
Of course we were finding them by the dozen, even fell in love
with one in particular. However, we failed to see that you must
be 21 or older for majority of the houses. As a result of this
disappointment I came here looking to see if anyone could give
me some useful advice, or have any places they know of that will
rent to 18 years and up. Thank you so much for your time!

We will be going to north myrtle beach the first week of Oct.
2007. I am concerned about the fall Bike Rally. It is nothing
against the Bikers, I just don't like the noise. I have been
told that motorcycles aren't allowed at the place we are
staying. How is the fall bike week in regards to traffic and
noise and waits in restaurants? Do most of them stay in Myrtle
beach ? I would appreciate some info from someone who has been
there during the fall rally. Thanks.

Has anyone ever been attacked by a shark in Myrtle Beach? Are
there Jelly Fish on the beach? Is there anywhere you can go
scuba diving or swimming with the dolphins?

Editors Note:
-Sharks, don't know for sure, but there probably has been an
occasional minor bite. Best advice anywhere, stay out of the water
in early morning and late afternoon - they are feeding then and
accidents happen. Don't wear shiny jewelry or bathing suits
-Jellyfish - as with most beaches they come ashore occasionally
Usually later in the summer. MSG works well if bitten
-Dolphins - no organized swims we are aware of, Dolphins have become
more
and more protected over the years. However, you regularly see them
near the
shoreline You may be able to find boats that go out on dolphin
cruises

We are having guest from Ohio visit and they want to visit Mrytle
Beach. Would like to stay over night either April 13 to 14 or April
14 to 15. Just be one night stay and we do not have a big expense
account. Even though we are approx. 2 hrs from the beech, it would
be better that we stay the evening to enjoy the night life there. If
anyone can help us out we would greatly appreciate.

Ms. Gregory,
The easiest thing to do is use the hotel search on our site from any
page, then select sort by price. I did a search for the dates you
mentioned in Myrtle Beach, SC and prices begin at $49/night at the
Days Inn. We'll also post this in the travelogue to see if anyone
else has any comments.
Hope this helps.

Me and some friends are wanting to go to Senior Week this summer and were wanting to know where a good place to stay on the strip is. We would like a place that is nice but not to expensive, cuz we want to spend our money having a good time and we can't do that if the room is
outragous. There will be like 5-6 of us between the ages of 17-21. We like to have fun but also are responsible while doing so. Your advice would be really helpful so please email me and let me know your picks on places to stay.

To Whom it may Concern: We are five young ladies looking for a nice friendly place to stay. Our ages consist of two 18 yr olds, two 17 yr olds, and one 19 yr old. Just because of our ages does not mean that we are not responsible young adults. We want to go to Myrtle Beach and stay for one week April 4- April 11. We wish to come to Myrtle Beach to adventure into the ocean and exploring the fundamentals of being on our own. We would greatly appreciate it if you would take the time to contact us. Sincerly, Melody and Santanna

I live in myrtle beach South Carolina and it is a great place to visit. if you want a great vacation you better bring a good amount of cash with you. if you want a hotel or motel room on the beach you will pay at least $80 a night in the summer time. but you can get rooms across the street at smaller hotels for less. most places you have to be 18 to stay, but if you go on the north end or at nicer hotels you have to be 25. and some hotels that are nice on the south end you have to be 23. the south end of mb is where the fun is for younger people, during the summer and spring break the boulevard is packed and you wait in traffic for hours at times. so if you are older or this is a family vacation you might want to stay further north but still in mb. around 67th ave. n. to 80th ave. n are your good family spots. the younger people stay in the heart of myrtle beach 20th ave. n to 17th ave. s. we are building new roadways in mb so it is easier to get here, because in the past during to summer coming into the beach on hwy 501 you could wait in traffic for hours, but it will be a lot easier this summer. we have thousands of restaurants. if you want seafood you can check out restaurant row towards north myrtle beach there are plenty of steak houses and Italian restaurants. pier 14 has a restaurant in it and it is very nice you can eat over the ocean. the pavilion is a fun place to go with plenty of rides for the whole family. even very small children, although you will probably spend a lot of time at the beach itself. there are many shows to attend, and Broadway at the beach is a shopping and dinning attraction, you must attend. we have the factory outlets coming in on 501, and the new tanger outlets on the north end across from our best mall the colonial mall. black biker week is memorial day weekend and the Harley bike week is the weekend after that and last the whole week through there is also a fall ride for the Harleys around the first weekend in October. hint for all young people .. the police are very strict during the summer, they are everywhere and the travel in cars suvs, vans trucks, and bikes. they will arrest you for having your radio to loud and shouting on the boulevard. they are so so so so strict during the summer, i watched a young guy last summer get arrested for running over a hose in the road. fines are also very high here, and they will arrest you for throwing out cigarette butts on the spot. just a fair warning, it can really ruin your vacation. have fun and enjoy your trip
